ALL THREE POINTS

Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor has said that he wants to get all three points against Fulham on the final day of the Premier league season, which will put a massive pressure on Arsenal to do the same against West Brom. Tottenham still have the chance to finish in the top three this season, which will provide them guaranteed entry into the group stages of the Champions League. Tottenham played in the Champions League a few seasons ago and are looking to do the same under Harry Redknapp this time around. Newcastle United probably look out of the running due to their 2-0 defeat at the hands of Manchester City.

Emmanuel Adebayor has revealed that Tottenham’s play and endeavours during the season alone makes them deserved Champions League qualifiers. Tottenham were ahead of Arsenal by a massive 10 points at one stage in the season, but a late collapse has resulted in the fighting with Arsenal for a top three position. Emmanuel Adebayor has been a brilliant signing for Tottenham, as he has been able to hold up to play and bring others into attack. The 28-year-old may still leave the club at the end of the season following the completion of his loan spell, but he wants to achieve Champions League qualification prior to doing so.

“We have do everything it takes to win the last game and we’ll see what happens from there. Arsenal are playing at West Brom, that’s tough for them. We’re playing our last game at home and we couldn’t ask for more than that. We knew it would be tough. It will be an amazing game, the fans will be with us and hopefully we’ll get what we deserve, and that’s to finish in the top four,” Adebayor said ahead of the match with Fulham during the weekend.
